🔍 What is an Asset?

An Asset is a single, scannable item — such as a:

• Hostname

• IP address

• Website URL

Each asset is treated and scanned individually.

💡 Example:

The following two URLs are counted as 2 separate assets:

Even though they point to the same website, they are distinct hostnames and scanned independently — and therefore billed separately.

💰 Tresal charges by the number of scanned assets. Be mindful of what you add to avoid unnecessary usage.
